North County Times: Letter to the Editor - 1/20/2010

I am disappointed that the Merriam Mountains project will be reheard by the County Board of Supervisors. I sincerely hope that Supervisor Roberts does as he promised and seriously weighs the facts of this project and hears the community's concerns about the proposal.

Residents throughout San Diego County have detailed the issues at hand with this project. From the fire safety issues and traffic congestion to the demand on water resources and violation of the general plan, each are very serious concerns.
